• Payment by credit card, 50 minutes are charged at CHF 380.
• Our services are on a self-pay basis.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment and, if you wish, an SMS reminder in advance.
• Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance (for Monday appointments: cancel by Friday)

The registration is linked to the Medicosearch booking tool. The appointment is made with MedicoVideo, a service of MedicoSearch. You need your smartphone or tablet. You will be informed and prepared by e-mail. The system will automatically check if you are technically ready, so that the online consultation can take place in any case. The connection is encrypted and designed for medical use.
